While we're working around the clock to keep our online services ticking over smoothly, our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days. Please bear with us while we ensure our teams are protected during this time by respecting social distancing guidelines in our warehouse and following all safety procedures our delivery carriers require.
For the city of Karachi, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days, whereas deliveries in any other city require 5-7 working days. We deliver through different courier companies to ship all orders safely at your door step.
You need to contact us using the contact details provided on our website. This needs to be done immediately as once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
If the product is damaged, not the size/colour you ordered and not authentic then it is eligible for return provided it is unused and in the same condition you received it in.
After the inspection of your returned product, we will notify you the status of your refund. If it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or (original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a minimum of 7-10 working days.
In the case of a refund, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We accept three forms of payment, Cash on delivery and Bank Transfer and payment through debit/credit card.
