The Ordinary is a skincare lovers heaven of sorts! Having all types of serums, lotions, potions, and powders to try out! Under one umbrella, we get to see a candy store of skincare products. Our favourite part about the brand? Almost everything is super cost efficient and doesn’t drill a hole in your pocket-efficient while giving the results any high brand’s serum and skincare line would!
In this official BAD review, we’ll analyze and judge The Ordinary best products – what’s worth it and what’s not, and talk about the best Ordinary Products to use on a daily basis.
Well, one nothing we’re all well aware of if we’re slightly involved in maintaining a skincare o=routine, is this acid! It’s one of the easier solutions to add to your routine without facing any harsh reactions, There are a lot of hyaluronic acid serums on the market, but The Ordinary doesn’t spin you around the bush. With this serum, The Ordinary uses “low-, medium- and high-molecular-weight HA.” Its to assure the serum does its job through and through! To put it in a simpler way- hyaluronic acids on their own are too large of molecules to penetrate the surface of the skin. It does make your skin feel moisturized, but only for a little while.
The cleanser is “non-comedogenic and soap-free” which means it won’t clog your pores and won’t dry you up. Along with getting your makeup off, it breaks down all the dirt and sweat you’ve accumulated throughout the day. However, it’s not the only cleanser I use. If you have acne-prone skin, it might be wise to pair this product with a different cleanser in the morning time for your AM routine, you can opt for whichever is your pick! My top suggestions would be Cerave and Cetaphil ones! Both of which are available on www.brandsatdoor.com
L-Ascorbic Acid Powder
I also dived deep into their 100% L-Ascorbic Acid Powder, which is a high concentration of the real vitamin-C in a powder form. My two cents with the 100% L-Ascorbic Acid Powder, are that it most definitely works, but feels like an added step to your tedious skincare routine, however if you have the time to whip this potion up its one you should go for!
The Vitamin C Suspension
The Vitamin C Suspension 30% in Silicone is comparable to this product, but they’ve put the L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin-C) in a light silicone to help with making the whole process of applying the product to your face rather simpler. I have tried other products with a silicone base and I love the matte feel of it on my face.
